We’ve just taken a huge leap forward—we purchased 3 acres to build the ultimate dog oasis. This is more than land—it’s a promise. A promise that while dogs (and cats!) are in our care, they’ll have the medical care, structure, training, and enrichment they need to heal, grow, and be fully prepared to thrive in their forever homes.

This new space will include expansive play yards with real grass for exercise and enrichment, a dedicated quarantine area to ensure safe, healthy transitions for new arrivals, and private housing designed for long-term sanctuary dogs who need a calmer environment. Our cats will have a secure, open-air catio for fresh air and natural light, and we’ll create a memorial garden—a quiet place to reflect and honor the animals who came before.

But we can’t make this happen without you. Right now, we are in the middle of a crisis unlike anything we’ve seen—dogs are being abandoned, surrendered, and neglected at an alarming rate. Every day, we get more pleas for help than we have space for. And while we know we can’t singlehandedly rescue our way out of a much larger problem, we can build something that changes everything for the dogs lucky enough to get here.
